iPad Create and Collaborate
This is a great blog post, with helpful tips for getting the most out of your iPhone/iPad camera. Includes a reference to the "Camera+" app, which allows you to set aperture and light readings.
Explain Everything is an easy-to-use design tool that lets you annotate, animate, and narrate explanations and presentations. You can create dynamic interactive lessons, activities, assessments, and tutorials using Explain Everything's flexible and integrated design. Use Explain Everything as an interactive whiteboard using the iPad2 video display.
My favorite ed blogger says this app is a must-have, and he is RIGHT! Gorgeous presentations made from your own images, or use their royalty-free library instead. All this, and its FREE.
Create multimedia videos, simply and easily...much like Animoto. Register as a teacher, get 25GB of FREE storage, and set up accounts for your students!
Create hand-drawn animations on the iPad! Free version allows for 3 animations with up to 50 frames each.
Check out Educreations, an app and online account that allows you to upload a photo (or use a whiteboard surface) to draw and record audio, then upload to your account for publishing.
This is just a webpage that allows you to write or draw on screen. SO simple...the only "choices" are pencil shape and color, so kids won't spend all their time on design instead of content. You can download your drawing, or post it to the web with a unique address. You can even "share" the link to allow students to draw with you! It also works on tablets and phones!
This iPhone app allows you to add Wordle-like text elements to photos.
Resize, edit, draw, crop, add effects, all on the Pixlr site! Registration is optional, and there are also Android and iOS apps. (This link will take you to the App Store.)
Allows multiple users to draw, write, add images, etc. to a webpage together, in real time. The site does not operate on flash, so your iOS device will work, as well.
