Presefy is a new service that you can use to share your presentations to your students' mobile devices. Through Presefy you can control your slides from your computer or from the browser in your iPad, iPhone, Android phone, or any other mobile device that has a web browser. When you advance the slides in your presentation the slides also advance on your students' mobile devices. Your students can take notes as they follow along with your slides.
Remind (formerly Remind101) is a FREE, safe way for teachers to text message students and stay in touch with parents without ever sharing phone numbers.
Log in with your Readability account (see my Web Utilities page) and set up a list of websites that will be cleaned up and exported to an iPad OR Kindle eBook file for you and your students!
Designed by a student, the Flashcards+ app allows students to create their own, or download stacks from Quizlet or Course Hero. Newly available: Flashcloud syncs these stacks to all Mac devices, as well. And...it's FREE. Many thanks to Misti Jenkins from JOHS for the tip!
